Dave Ferguson, founder and president of Ferguson Claim Service, Inc., has been an independent claims investigator and adjuster in western PA, Ohio and West Virginia (WV insurance adjuster license #54847) since 1973. He has been involved with a wide array of casualty claims and pre-trial investigations, specializing in products liability, government liability, dram shop, long-haul trucking, general liability and workers compensation, as well as complex and specialty claims.
Dave earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, a M.S.Ed. from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and a B.A. from Kenyon College in Ohio. He has presented seminar lectures to the Pittsburgh Claims Association and the PA Association of Mutual Insurance Companies. Dave is a member of the Pittsburgh and Pennsylvania Claims Associations, the PA Defense Institute, the Trucking Industry Defense Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.

Jerry Lingenfelter, a Senior Adjuster at Ferguson Claim Service, Inc., has spent more than twenty-five years working as an adjuster and claims investigator. His resume includes experience as a unit supervisor and branch manager of a multi-lines claims office for a major national insurer and as a claims manager at a regional independent claims adjusting company. Jerry 's claims handling experience includes automobile, common carrier (taxis and paratransit), trucking, general liability, subrogation, workers compensation, premises liability, disability and group health claims; he is a specialist in subrogation and recovery programs.
Jerry earned a B.S. degree from Grace College in Indiana and has attended many insurance training schools and continuing education seminars and programs.

Coleen O'Kane has over 15 years' experience investigating and adjusting automobile, general and premises liability claims, property, casualty, workers compensation, trucking and group health claims.
Her past experience includes a nursing background, experience as a Subrogation Specialist for a major west coast health insurer, Claims Manager for a nationwide adjusting company, Senior Adjuster positions at regional adjusting firms and claims handling as a Third Party Administrator .
Coleen received her Associate In Claims designation from the Insurance Institute of America, has taken the Property Adjusting Course at Vale National and has received corporate training and enrichment courses from a well known insurance company and regularly attends property and casualty seminars.
